refactor: shorten container names to slc-* prefix

Dev containers:
- spotlightcam-nginx → slc-proxy-dev
- spotlightcam-backend → slc-backend-dev
- spotlightcam-db → slc-db-dev
- spotlightcam-frontend → slc-frontend-dev

Prod containers:
- spotlightcam-nginx-prod → slc-proxy-prod
- spotlightcam-backend-prod → slc-backend-prod
- spotlightcam-db-prod → slc-db-prod
- spotlightcam-frontend-prod → slc-frontend-prod
